What are your opening hours?+
The space is staffed from 8am–6pm on weekdays. Members with Dedicated Desk or Private Office plans get 24/7 badge access, including weekends.
Is there a minimum booking length?+
Hot Desk is available by the day with no minimum. Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans run month-to-month with no long-term contract.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Cancel any monthly plan with 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Day passes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once, free of charge.
Do you offer day passes for guests?+
Yes — members can bring a guest for a discounted day rate. Just let the front desk know when you arrive together.
